If you have taken out a finance contract to cover your insurance premiums your information will be shared with our Finance Provider.  Your information may be disclosed to regulatory bodies for monitoring or enforcing insurance rules and regulations.

We may choose to sell, transfer, or merge parts of our business or our assets. Alternatively, we may seek to acquire other businesses or merge with them. If a change happens to our business, then the new business or new owners may use your personal data in the same way as set out in this policy.

Retaining and destroying data

We retain information about you and the products you purchase to meet a number of legal and regulatory requirements, as well as our own legitimate business interests.
